Delivery times
Products delivered via E-mail are processed automatically by our system, and are sent (in the course of a few minutes) to the E-mail address specified at the moment of registration. Delays are possible in the reception of files due to transmission rates of messages containing attachments or to traffic over the Internet.

How to create a Disk for your instrument
The delivered files arrive in auto-decompressing format. When the user double-clicks on the received .EXE file, he will be instructed to insert an empty (but formatted) diskette in his computer, onto which the application will decompress the file. The disk will then be playable in your instrument. When buying more than 8 files at once, will arrive one message (with one attachment) for every 8 files ordered.

Problems with capacity limit of electronic Mailbox
For users that have problems with limited space in their E-mailboxes, you can specify (in your user profile) a second E-mail address (Alternative E-mail address for FILES in attachment) to which to send your purchases. All notifications and communications will continue to be sent to the users primary E-mail address as well.
