and Publishers) to sell on-line from their musical catalog according to License
Number 702/I/07 - 762 - 2007. This agreement ensure that all our songs respect the
royalty requirements for the artist.
Protection of the Buyer
In accordance with this license and the process of
authentication used by Music Media Soft, SIAE authorizes its use by the
buyer for:

(Transaction Identification Number) code, recognized by
SIAE
What is a TIN:
Transaction Identification Number
Along with every on-line order
for files transmitted via E-mail, Music Media Soft transmits a code
(TIN)
unique to each one to which contains information on the list of pieces
authorized in that particular transmission, and an identification of the
user authorized for their use. This code is written into the files and is
also transmitted via E-mail to the purchaser, and should be kept together
with the files for the event of an inspection by the proper authorities.
The agents of this authority, in the event of an inspection, can ask the
final user to provide proof of the payment of the proper dues to the
proprietors or authors, for the use of electronically reproduced
materials, in the absence of the regular SIAE seal. In the case of such an
inspection, the user can furnish the TIN
code as such proof.
